Refund Policy

We would rather have an athlete who wants to be here than a charge they regret. This page explains exactly how cancellations and refunds work.

Subscriptions bought on this website

• Cancel any time. Go to your account page and open the billing portal. Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep Pro access through the end of the period you already paid for.
• First charge, 14 days. If you are unhappy within 14 days of your first payment, email us and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.
• Renewals. Renewal charges are generally not refundable, but if a renewal caught you by surprise and you have not used the Service in that period, email us — we will make it right.
• Annual plans. The 14-day window applies to annual plans too. After that, we can refund a pro-rated remainder at our discretion.

Subscriptions bought inside the mobile app

Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, and their refund policies govern. We cannot issue a refund for those charges. Request one through Apple's refund page or your Google Play order history. Cancel those subscriptions in your device's subscription settings.

Digital products

Downloadable products (programs, guides, e-books) are refundable within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Because the file cannot be returned, we ask that you delete your copy when a refund is issued.

Physical products

Unworn, unwashed merchandise can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it. Email us before shipping anything back.

How to reach us

Email matforgestrength@gmail.com from the address on your account. We answer refund requests within three business days. Approved refunds return to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
