Youth Program — Adult Supervision & Consent
Last updated: September 11, 2026
This Youth Program is designed for athletes under the age of 18. Adult supervision is required.
All workouts in the Youth Program must be performed under the direct supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult who is physically present during the entire session.
What you are confirming
By accessing, downloading, or using any content in the Youth Program, you (the parent or legal guardian) confirm that:
- You are the parent or legal guardian of the minor, or you have legal authority to make decisions on their behalf.
- You give your full consent for the minor to use this program.
- You will personally supervise (or ensure a responsible adult supervises) every training session.
- You accept full responsibility for the minor's safety, form, intensity, and decision-making while using the program.
The Terms of Service of this application treat your use of the Youth Program as the express consent and agreement of a qualified adult who is authorized to act on the minor's behalf.
Supervision is not optional
We strongly recommend that every youth athlete trains with an adult present at all times. No minor should perform these exercises unsupervised.
What this program is, and is not
This program is an educational training tool only. It does not replace professional coaching, medical advice, or individualized supervision. Parents and guardians should consult a physician before allowing a minor to begin any new strength and conditioning program.
