Operation Explosive Athlete


  • This program is based off of maximizing your upper and lower body explosiveness through weighted pause and tempo oriented movements.
  • This is a program for moderate to advanced lifters.
  • During this program you will use % off of your 1 Rep Max, these ranges go between 75-85% for maximum muscle growth.
  • For Optimal performance take between 30sec and 1 minute between exercises and 1-2 minutes between each set. Unless instructed differently within the program.
  • One thing I want to challenge users to do is to do a quick warm up/cool down I do every day,
